Meanwhile I wonder about good customer services

BIG UPDATE

I talked to Inka this morning, and she wasn’t informed of my issue until yesterday by her store manager, and gave me a full refund on the skin (without me asking for it)

I have had great customer service in SL, I’ve had very poor customer services, and I hear horror stories all the time about customers who are unreasonable and sometimes just plain crazy, I don’t have many issues in SL that mean I need to contact the creator and I always try and resolve any problems myself but when I do need to contact them I always check their profile first to find out how to go about getting in touch.

Some creators prefer notecards, some IM, some Email and one wanted me to fill in a form on their website, no problem, I have no issue doing any of these things, whatever is easiest.

I have had an issue with a skin and foot applier that I bought recently, I have a personal rule these days, no appliers, no buy so having a foot and hand applier is a complete must for me.  I have bought skins from various creators and never had an issue till now.  I bought the Sash skin from Essences in the peche tone on the 4th October, I noticed straightaway that the foot applier didn’t match the skin, so over the next couple of days I googled and searched around to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong, my other skins with appliers were fine, it was just the Essences one, so I checked the creators profile and it asked for any issues to go to the store manager.

On the 9th October I sent this

Tried again…. today after I was informed by someone else an update for the appliers was released.

[12:33] Liliandra Baxter: the easiest way to get any updates on the applier would be a redelivery hun and see if that makes things better

[19:41] Liliandra Baxter: I am not sure as I’ve said before she is very busy right now and we are resolving issues as soon as possible there is an updated version that I believe should be in the delivery system other than that I’m not sure if she will hav time to redo all of the feet appliers

I also left a message for the actual creator on Friday, but no response as yet

2013/10/25 03:15] Darkley Aeon: Sorry Inka, I have read your picks and have tried contacting your Store Manager but I’m getting no joy, I contacted Lilliandra over 2 weeks ago about an issue I had with the foot appliers, whatever windlight setting  I use there is a  line, not alpha but a line where the  skin doesnt quite match up, I havent had this issue with PXL, Pink Fuel or Glam affair so I know its not an issue with the feet, or me being a dumbass, I was wondering if you could help
